Sam is a graphic designer interested in the relationship between visual design, branding, and architectural space. An American transplant to Denmark, he has been living in Copenhagen since 2015 and been designing signage and wayfinding solutions for Henning Larsen since 2018.
While at Henning Larsen, he has gained experience designing graphic solutions in-house as well as signage and wayfinding solutions for architectural projects with Denmark, Scandinavia, the Middle East, and the US. Prior to Henning Larsen, Sam served as a architecture and design tour guide in Northern and Central Europe for American college students, giving him extensive knowledge in both graphic design and modern European architectural history.
He holds a Master of Arts in Graphic Communication Design from the The Royal Danish Academy and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Pacific Lutheran University.
