As Senior Account Executive at Knight, Roland House is responsible for managing major client accounts and special projects. Some of his responsibilities include;

• Account management for key multi-location clients important to the strategic direction of Knight Signs. Prospecting new clients, soliciting major customers, offering lease and service contract options and managing special projects.
• Working with project management and production teams at Knight Signs to complete artwork signage presentations, site audits, estimating, municipal permits, shop drawings, engineering, manufacturing and installation. 
• Prospect, qualify and respond to RFP, ITB and other large project opportunities.
• Roland works with major architects, contractors and designers across Canada, the USA and Internationally.
• As Sr. Account Executive he prospects mainly large infrastructure projects across Canada and work with the estimating department to submit bids and value engineered proposals.
• Roland has worked on many design/build projects whereby we engineer bespoke solutions to meet stakeholder and operational objectives. 
• As a member of the S.M.T. (Senior Management Team) Roland reviews and implement weekly/monthly management initiatives.

Roland House attended the University of British Columbia where he earned degrees in Business and Marketing and was awarded the Top Marketing Project Award. Roland furthered his education with degrees and certifications in Executive General Management, Sales Leadership, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from UBC Sauder School of Business and in Personal Investment and Stock Market Investment from Langara College.
