Rick Rule is a Graphic Designer at Security Signs in Portland, Oregon.
Rick Rule began his environmental design career in 2005 after graduating with a BFA from Boise State University. Before going back to school for the graphic arts, Rick Rule worked as a Journeyman Exhibit/Display fabricator, working on both the east and west coasts.
Several of Rick Rule’s sign and logo designs have been sold and implemented throughout the Greater Northwest. Rick Rule’s strong sense of visual aesthetics combined with his extensive experience in the craft of hands-on fabrication, makes him a natural as a designer in the sign industry and a valuable member of the Security Signs team.

Rick enjoys sailing his custom-made sailboat on the Willamette River. He also loves spending time with his two sons, the oldest of whom is pursuing a design degree himself from the University of Utah.
