Transforming Environment into Navigating Behavior
Reza Moosavi is a researcher on wayfinding and signage systems in the built environment (particularly international airports) at the University of Science Malaysia. He has published several articles and book chapters in academic journals, including Elsevier Journal of Air Transportation. One of his research projects is the Investigation of the wayfinding and signage system of Kuala Lampur International Airport (KLIA), recognized as the best airport in the world for three operating years in a row. He also undertook a study of the influence of national culture on tourist wayfinding behavior, published by Nevada University. His research on the understandability of signage systems in international airports has been published by Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.
