Rebecca Looney is the Deputy Director of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund in Washington, DC.
Rebecca Looney is the content developer for the Facility exhibits. She joined the Fund in 2012; working with law enforcement professionals, content experts, and educators, she has developed the story lines of the exhibits and helped to determine their form alongside the designers.
Ms. Looney was part of the original team from Christopher Chadbourne and Associates that developed the exhibit designs for the Facility.
Rebecca Looney has worked in the museum world for over 20 years as both a consultant and a museum employee, and has worked on several major museum projects and exhibitions, including Price of Freedom Museum of American History (Washington, DC); the Mount Vernon Education Center (Mount Vernon, VA); National Infantry Museum (Fort Benning, GA); and the U.S. Marshals Museum (Fort Smith, AR), among others.
