Rebecca Dropkin
Rebecca Dropkin is a Graphic Designer with Populous Activate. She specialises in branding but over the years her work has also taken the form of typography, photography and illustration. She is fascinated with exploring why people make decisions and react to stimuli in certain ways and how design can be used to influence these behaviours. As a creative problem solver, she believes that the most impactful way of communicating a message to the viewer is to take a concept-lead approach in responding to a brief, leaving a lasting impression on the individual.
In 2016, Rebecca Dropkin graduated with honours from Falmouth University with a BA in Graphic Design, after completing a Fine Art Foundation Diploma at the Royal Drawing School. Following graduation, she worked as a freelance designer, providing branding and UI consultation for a number of MeWe 360 clients. During this time Becca also undertook placements at AYA Creative and Artfund, before joining Populous in summer 2017.
Within the Populous Activate team, Rebecca Dropkin focuses on brand activation, bringing brands to life and enabling users to connect with them in innovative ways in a stadium/arena environment. She also provides editorial and typographic content for various projects.
