Reality Interactive(Middletown, Conn.) hosted an Experiential Digital Retail tour of New York City Nov. 6 as part of Xlab 2015. If you missed it, don't worry: they made a video!
Craig Martin, Partner, and Doug Hampton-Dowson, Creative Director, led Xlab 2015 participants on a walk to explore some of NYC's most innovative digital retail experiences, including Macy’s Herald Square, which underwent a $400 million renovation. Other stops on the tour were JCPenney, the Lego store, Rebecca Minkoff with its famed interactive dressing room technology and the Time Warner Cable flagship – the first flagship store that Reality Interactive delivered as a part of the TWC initiative to transform their processing- and transaction-focused stores to "experience" stores.
