Ray Parslow is a creative partner at Extrablack with 29 years of design industry experience. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Swinburne University, Melbourne.

Ray Parslow has worked across a wide range of sectors including small businesses, hospitality, local government, education, cultural and non-profit organisations, commercial and financial institutions for national and global organisations. His understanding of form, space and communication enables him to easily cross from two- to three-dimensional projects successfully designing award-winning identities, corporate communications.
Ray was a founding partner of leading Australian design agency Frost* in Sydney (7 years) and Emery Vincent Design (21 years).

Ray Parslow has led design teams on Macquarie Group projects for many years.  He is very experienced with working on complex projects to exacting deadlines working across many time sensitive projects such as annual reports and IPO’s where it is critical to meet statutory deadlines.

He has an understanding of processes, time management, budgeting and the creative process from brief to invoice giving a complete understanding of the holistic process enabling him to both lead and work within teams across many disciplines. He brings to all projects an attention to detail, an exacting approach and a creative flair.
