Lim Si Ping is an Experience Design Lead at the world’s largest architectural firm, Gensler. 

After almost two years of the COVID pandemic, she works with her team in New York to reimagine how immersive multi-sensory environments for our post-pandemic world can enrich lives at a human scale.

As a woman who loves to tinker with tools and electronics, she serves as the bridge between design and technology, merging the two through rapid prototyping at the Gensler Experience Lab.

Her career began in Singapore as an art director in advertising. She was eventually awarded the DesignSingapore and Parsons Presidential scholarship to pursue her passion for design andtechnology in New York. She was recently featured by Tatler Magazine as a young leader driving change, and on Mashable and DesignBoom.
