Phil Berczuk is the Head of Design at Steer in London.

Phil Berczuk has over 30 years’ experience in the delivery of design policy and guidelines, wayfinding strategy, brand strategy, information design, graphic design, and intelligent mobility solutions for Steer's international client base. Recent project successes include delivery of the City of Toronto’s TO360 wayfinding strategy, Mobility Masterplans for the Municipality of Querétaro and the historic centre of Monterrey, Mexico, and a Wayfinding and Passenger Movement Strategy for Jeddah’s future public transport system with Foster+Partners.

At Steer, Phil Berczuk leads the global design offer, and has extensive experience building and managing multi-partner consortia, establishing technical requirements for complex projects and working closely with stakeholder groups to deliver creative, practical solutions that help Steer's clients achieve their business objectives.
