Pheonix Walter is an Experiential Design Specialist at EAB in Washington, D.C.

Pheonix Walter loves traveling, puzzles, bright colors, people watching, Paris, technology, jumping in puddles,being creative, wine, the number 3, winter, photography, cowboy boots, the Coca-Cola Company, thunderstorms, monkeys, & surprises.

In her role as an Experience Designer, Pheonix Walter serves a number of roles. She: creates innovative member experiences through design and manage initiatives that drive growth and new opportunities for the company, actively participates in and oversees the design, development and production of environmental graphics, consistently thinks about the larger picture, and ensures it is carried throughout event in entirety and aligns with business objectives, collaborates and communicates with internal departments on initiatives and ensure proper people are looped in, serves as main resource for designers regarding inspiration, external vendors, and file preparation for large summits/tradeshows/events, attends kick-off meeting for large summits/tradeshows/events to ensure designers and content-creators are on the same page, creates innovative, creative and complete design concepts and presents to clients, facilitates check-ins with designers of large summits/tradeshows/events (monthly or semi-monthly) to track progress and ensure messaging, design, and member experience are kept consistent throughout, develops presentations articulating experience strategy, opportunities and how usability relates to a larger brand experience, creates and maintains resources and toolkits for prepping and printing small and large format collateral, including overseas vendors, researches potential new technology, advancements, programs, vendors, printing methods & materials, and share with larger DSS team on a quarterly basis, and provides mentorship and guidance to other designers. 

Pheonix Walter graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media Design and Imaging.
