Pentagram (New York and Austin) Partner DJ Stout and his team in Austin created the identity for Lucy’s Fried Chicken, a new chicken joint located on the city’s ultra-hip South Congress Avenue. The retro-inspired graphics include a script logo and down-home look for menus and restaurant collateral, as well as a classic 1940’s-style neon sign that has become an instant local landmark.

For an expansion of the SCAD Museum of Art in Savannah, Ga., Eddie Opara and his team created an interactive table that introduces the museum and its programs in a unique communal experience. Viewers gather around the table to view and exchange a series of “cards” that dynamically present information about the museum and its collections.

In other news, Pentagram welcomed its newest partner, Emily Oberman, who will join the New York office in April. Oberman is a multi-disciplinary designer whose work encompasses brand identity, motion graphics, publications, packaging, advertising, and websites.
