Patricia Vera is a Design and Art Director at Knight Signs in Vancouver.
Patricia Vera graduated with honors as an architect. Over 15 years, she has designed and built projects for international companies such as Millicom, Intercontinental Group of Hotels, Puma, Michelin (SHI) and BoConcept in South America and Canada. Patricia Vera has received numerous awards such as the SEGD award for innovation, while working on R&D projects for Shi in Montreal. Her passion and extensive expertise bring to each project a personal commitment to achieve the best design solution.
At Knight Signs, Patricia Vera leads and oversees the creative process of design and art works of signage and wayfinding projects created by Knight Signs company. She has been a leader in the market in Design and Manufacturing of architectural signage and wayfinding in Canada since 1968.
With more than 40 years of trajectory, Knight Signs is proud of being responsible for producing many of the most important signage and wayfinding projects in Canada's west coast, such as the Vancouver International airport YVR, the international terminal at YYC in Calgary, the Georgia Hotel, the Orpheum Theatre and the Shaw tower in downtown Vancouver among many other examples.
In addition to her SEGD membership, Patricia is a member of the Cascadia Chapter of the Canada Green Building Council and a member of ILFI (International Living Future Institute), and an affiliate member of RGD (Registered Graphics Designers of Canada).
