Nicole (Nici) Earl earned her Bachelor  of Science in Interior Design from Brigham Young University in Idaho in 2011.

Before joining Identity Signs in 2014 Nicole Earl worked as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Precision Time in Greater Salt Lake City. Prior to that she worked as a Project Assistant/Photographer for Hammerton.

Nicole Earl got her start in Graphic Design working for Skyline Exhibits first as a Graphic Designer, then as the Head of Graphics.
