Narrative Designer

Nick Green graduated as Lawrence Technological University's first Environmental Graphic Design student, helping put the program together along the way. At LTU he worked on design proposals during the initial stages of the M-1 Light Rail project and created iconography for documentation of fabrication techniques for dissemenation to design students as sponsored by the Architectural Research Centers Consortium.

Nick's thesis project was a exploration of how the built environment can be used as a narrative or storytelling medium. He created a gallery installation that explored the theme of nonsense in Alice in Wonderland by using architectural elements in nonsensical ways. He also founded Sasuga Studios to explore the topic from the other direction, how important the design of place is in works of fiction.
