N’ext Design Group is an evolutionary extension of Blair Sign Programs and developed as an answer to the growing need for an exterior sign and experiential design company with a background in the built environment. Scott Blair, a founding principal, brings his years of experience designing in retail and mixed-use environments for national and commercial retail developers.

Our primary focus is difficult to achieve design solutions for urban development and the re-purpose or re-imaging of existing developments. We have a deep inventory of talent and design solutions backed by expert knowledge of materials, construction and installation methods required to deliver affordable designs in the built environment.

Our primary work includes design submittals for community planning departments, Landlord submittals, variance and entitlement applications. Design services we offer are tenant sign criteria for single and multi-tenant occupancies and comprehensive sign programs for retail and mixed-use development. As a full-service design company, N’ext Design Group’s creative services also include development of project identity, logo/typography and retail branding.
