A transition in the fd2s corporate structure, a move to new office digs, and a renewed focus on developing innovative and creative solutions for clients occasioned a fresh look at the fd2s identity and the launch of a new website.
Its new base of operations (2021 E 5th St, Ste 100) is in a brand new building located due east of downtown Austin. The building features a number of forward-thinking design elements (carports with solar panels, charging stations, repurposed architectural materials) and places fd2s in close proximity to Saltillo Plaza, the nearby transit hub that presents alternatives to commuting by car.
Several new clients have helped usher in the firm's new identity, including engagements with Harwood International; the Texas cities of El Paso, Seguin, Katy, Huntsville, and Wichita Falls; Argyle Residential; California State University Channel Islands; the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs; the University of Minnesota Medical Center; Baylor University; Louisiana State University, and Epoch Estate Wines. fd2s is also working on new projects for longstanding clients including the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Kansas Hospital.
