The New York Chapter invites you to join us as we continue the Living Room Lecture Series with our next speakers: Chris Calori and David Vanden-Eynden of Entro/CVEDesign.
Join from the comfort of your home on Thursday May 28, 2020 at 12:30pm for a dynamic, interactive session hosted by two of the most influential figures in our industry.
As founding partners of CVEDesign, David and Chris have spent their careers helping to build, promote, and refine the field of EGD. David is a Fellow of the Society for Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD) and a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA). His work has been honored by the SEGD, AIA, IDSA, the AIGA, and the City of New York, and has been published in numerous national and international books and periodicals.
Chris is a Fellow of the Society for Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD), a Professional Affiliate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), New York Chapter, and a longtime member of the AIGA. Her work has received awards from the SEGD, AIA, IDSA, AIGA, and the City of New York, and has been featured in national and international books and periodicals.
They literally wrote the book on EGD as the authors of Signage and Wayfinding Design, the acclaimed book that is found on the shelves of many design professionals and which has become a staple of numerous university EGD curriculums. Committed design thinkers and educators, Chris and David have taught and lectured on design at professional conferences and notable universities. Together, they share life, love, and design, and continue to contribute so much to the industry we all care so much about.
Our gathering on the 28th will begin with a wonderful visual presentation and be followed by a live interview as well as an open forum Q&A session. Aside from being informative and enjoyable, this will, of course, be another opportunity to join with our fellow chapter members in Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC during this - our second - virtual regional chapter event.
