Mindy Alvarez is currently a multi-media designer at RDG Planning & Design.

Before joining RDG Planning & Design she owned and ran M-Design, a full service marketing, social media and design agency for 12 years. Mindy Alvarez has previously held positions as designer, art director and account management with Lessing-Flynn Advertising, Sammons Securities and the Des Moines Register.

Mindy Alvarez has won numerous awards for her work including 3 gold's and a Best in Show and has earned a B.A Graphic Design degree and MBA degree.

As an account Manager/Creative Strategist she has had experience in developing internal and external company processes which included creating benchmarks to determine the success of web and social media campaigns, worked on new business initiatives such as research and proposals, directed and executed design and written copy and served as creative lead for a company re-brand. Mindy has also been involved in all aspects of print media including identity packages, trade shows, catalogs, as well as websites and social media. She has also advised marketing and brand on creative consistency, messaging and tone in her roles as Art Director.
