Michelle Scott is the owner and creative lead of her own design business with an emphasis on environmental graphic design (umbrella to Art Director, Senior Designer, Brand Manager and Fine Artist).

As a well versed and innovative designer, Michelle has worked on high profile environmental and design projects throughout the world.  A highly skilled and trained artist experienced in high conceptual thinking with an intensive work ethic, her creative skills shine through in visual communications.

Michelle founded Michelle Scott Design in 1996 after concepting, creating, and implementing the “Look of the Games” for the 1996 Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games as a senior designer for Copeland Hirthler Design. Having worked side-by-side with many of the top designers and creative firms in Atlanta, Michelle easily transitioned into working relationships with many local firms including Huie Design, Vista Design, 3-D USA, Lorenc + Yoo Design and many others. A collaborative relationship has continued throughout the years with many of these same design firms as Michelle functioned in flexible roles as an experiential Designer. Michelle focuses on environmental graphics including branding, messaging, and  information imagery as she focuses on keeping them visually in tune with their environment while branding the correct message.

Michelle Scott Design provides brand research and design development to create an environmental experience that envelops the space and connects with individuals through branding, color and supportive graphics.

Michelle's is a team player, creative thinker and highly trained graphic artist. Well versed in collaborating with various teams to deliver beautiful and meaningful designs on time and within budget makes Michelle a critical asset to any project.

Michelle Stirna Scott graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. Post graduate education included an intensive Yale graduate program in Brissago, Switzerland where Michelle learned her craft from some of the most respected and well known designers in the world.

Volunteer Activities
Michelle has mentored many young designers by reviewing graduate portfolios through AIGA and is always available to aspiring artists.
