Michele has over 30+ years of experience in Experiential Graphic Design. She is the perfect mix of right and left brain thinking. She understands budgets, what direction a project needs to head, makes great business decisions, yet consistently delivers unforgettable creative. After working for large experiential agencies over several decades she launched Crux in 2005 with dreams of creating an innovative creative and marketing agency. She has fulfilled that mission and provides design and strategy to businesses of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 500s. She also works behind the scenes for several architects, exhibit companies, and environmental design firms.

Michele strive to approach each project from a fresh perspective with no limitations. Crux is a small and agile team of marketing experts, 3D, graphic, brand strategist, web designers, producers, and innovators with a desire to change the world. Her creative team develops strategies for large and small companies to communicate more effectively to their audience. They create custom creative solutions for corporate interiors, museums, trade show, history walls, retail and much more. She thoroughly enjoys creating work that far exceeds client expectations while maintaining her own high personal standards.

She is currently the Co-Chair for SEGD Milwaukee Chapter and is looking forward to helping to formulate and mentor a strong community of artists and to continue to inform and enlightening others with visual story telling.
