Michael Pons is an Experience Design Lead at Intersection in New York. 

Micheal Pons is a user-centered design practitioner experienced in leading and working within cross-functional product teams. He is committed to supporting agile teams in leveraging lean UX methodologies to validate fast, early and often.

Michael Pons graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Right out of college, Michael worked for Lockheed Martin as a UI Engineer. Following his time with Lockheed Martin, Michael was a Senior Web Designer for Odimo, Inc. Michael then served as an Art Director for eDiets and SANDOW respectively. After that, Michael was a Director of Interactive Services at Commodo. From here, Michael went on to establish the Pons Group where he lead the group for six years. Now, Michael is working with Intersection as the Experience design Lead.
