MERJE (West Chester, Pa.) is leading a team of multi-disciplined firms, including McCann Adams Studio, Gannett Fleming, Estilio Communications, and I.T. Gonzalez in the development of a Downtown Wayfinding Master Plan for downtown Austin, Texas. The plan considers all wayfinding tools, including technology, maps, signage, placemaking landmarks, streetscapes, and lighting. Currently in the design development phase, the project is scheduled for rollout in 2013.

The firm worked with the University Medical Center of Princeton and HOK Architects to plan, design, and coordinate the exterior and interior wayfinding for the UMCP campus, which consists of approximately 630,000 square feet of interior space on 50 acres.

MERJE is leading a team of design and technology firms to create a regional wayfinding program for the Yadkin Valley in North Carolina. The initial roll out includes a wayfinding website, welcome center kiosks, and interpretive signage. Partners include Design One, 21X, Discover Anywhere Mobile and Gannett Fleming.
