Naomi Pearson is a designer, illustrator, and sustainability consultant who focuses on developing sustainable strategies that inform the design process. Naomi Pearson is a contributing sustainability writer for the SEGD journal, “eg”, and was Guest Editor of SEGD’s 2010 sustainability issue. As host of the radio show “Design Evolution” recorded on Voice America’s Green Talk Network, she interviewed trailblazing designers, scientists, educators, manufacturers, and environmental experts.
She was a judge for the AIGA 2011 (Re)-Design Awards recognizing sustainable and socially responsible design. Prior work includes Manager of Sustainable Design at Two Twelve Associates. She has a BFA in Graphic Design from Carnegie Mellon University and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
Naomi Pearson was also Guest Editor of segdDESIGN’s special issue on Sustainability and EGD (No. 28/2010).
