Kay Rice is a Design Director at the Tube Art Group in Portland, OR.
Kay Rice is an award winning and collaborative designer, with 25 years experience on how to build great signs and other cool things. She loves the creative process, and how to make the ideas that come out of it come to life. Kay says that “Surprising you with unexpected solutions is the best part of my job.”
Before joining the Tube art Group in 2008 Kay Rice worked for Berry Neon Sign Systems as a Senior Designer and at the National Sign Corporation as a Designer before that.
