What I love about experience design
The beginning of a project is the most exciting part of a journey for me. I love the big thinking, soupy creative place at the start of things. What will the focus be? What possibilities exist? What might we be overlooking? Who is and who should be at the table? How will we make decisions? What values and vision will drive our work?
Best piece of advice I've ever heard
The little things matter more than you think they do.
