Megan Reilly is a Masters Student at VCU - Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

Before becoming a Master’s Candidate at the VCU Brandcenter (Experience Design), Megan Reilly worked for EAB | Royall & Company where she was the:

  • Account lead and primary liaison for ten higher-education clients responsible for translating client institutional goals and brand identity into creative, data-driven direct marketing campaigns.
  • Oversaw development and execution of over thirty campaigns in FY17, including creative content, testing, list and targeting, and reporting/ analysis.

She was also served as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts where she:

  • Played key facilitative role in support of the museum's senior leader of marketing, PR, digital strategy, visitor services, and fundraising.
  • Supported the execution of chief strategic initiatives to advance institutional branding, earned and contributed revenue growth, visitor experience, and constituent engagement.

Megan Reilly was also the Administrative Asistant for DEvelopment at The Virginia Museum of Fine Art where she coordinated daily office operations for a team of 20+ development staff responsible for over $6M in contributed revenue. Megan served as the division's first point of contact for museum leaders, board members, and upper-level donors.

Megan started out at the Museum as a member services associate.

Before that, she was the Docent at the Fralin Museum of Art at the University of Virginia. During her three years there MEgan developed and led in-depth educational gallery tours for K-12 student visitors to the University art museum. She researched exhibition content and developed tour frameworks based on students' age, background, and curricular goals. Enhanced delivery of educational content using interactive methods of inquiry, storytelling, role-playing, and dialogue to trigger curiosity, forge unexpected connections, and deepen learning.

Megan Reilly graduated from the University of Virginia with  Bachelor of Arts (BA) with highest distinction in Art History, Criticism and Conservation.
