Matthews Paint (Delaware, Ohio) introduced Amazing Pearls, an additive powder that creates a dramatic color effect that shifts at various angles. Matthews says the Amazing Pearl collection performs best when incorporated into a clear as a topcoat, over white or another color. Pearls can also be incorporated directly into any topcoat solid color or metallic. They are available in six colors: Crimson, Opal Blue, Gold Dust, Frost White, Russet, and Copper.
