As executive vice president for GS&P’s Transportation Division, Marshall has diverse experience in transportation planning, land use development and regulations, transportation system and demand management systems, transit planning and operations, traffic engineering, ITS, roadway design, parking, traffic impact studies, access management, advanced traffic management systems, traffic safety studies and pedestrian/bicycle design.

Marshall is a national leader in transportation planning and engineering, including his prominent role in the landmark ITE Guidebook on Context Sensitive Solutions for Major Walkable Urban Thoroughfares. Marshall joined the firm in 1997 after a distinguished 22-year career providing transportation and engineering services to local governments in Tennessee, Colorado, Texas and California.
