Margaret Paxhia-Poppaw
After graduating from Kent State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Art in Graphic Design, Margaret Paxhia-Poppaw started as a Junior Designer at Corbin Design, a multi-disciplinary design firm in Traverse City, in January 2016. Her interest in environmental graphic design was sparked after taking an internship course during her junior year at Kent State. Soon after, she knew she had found her career path. She became a member of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) in 2014, and participated in the annual conference held in Chicago, IL to further her understanding of the built environment.
Margaret Paxhia-Poppaw has an undeniable passion for Environmental Graphic Design. She also enjoys Branding and Packaging Design and believes in functionality as well as great appeal when it comes to design. Previously, she designed for the Kent State University newspaper. Margaret also served as a graphic designer at Envision Radio Networks where she designed and updated logos, created email messages, and designed banners for their website.
Margaret Paxhia-Poppaw's enthusiasm for environmental graphic design is matched by her creativity and skill set. Margaret supports Corbin Design project teams with design, planning and production tasks.
