Liza Rawson is the Head of Exhibition Development & Design at Liberty Science Center in the Greater New York City Area.
Liza Rawson is a creative and passionate innovator in exhibition and program development and design, audience research, and project management.
Liza Rawson's specialties include: leading multi-disciplinary collaborative teams in the development of interactive, inquiry-driven exhibition projects for diverse family audiences including digital and multimedia design, program and curriculum development, project management, evaluation, and writing for exhibitions.
Liza Rawson graduated from Goucher College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Historic Preservation and went on to earn her Masters Degree in History Museum Studies from the Cooperstown Graduate Program.
In addition to working with the Liberty Science Center, Liza has collaborated on several other projects as a curator or exhibition designer including the Brooklyn Children's Museum, the Long Island Museum, and the Pieter Clauson Wyckoff House.
Liza has also served as an adjunct faculty member at John's Hopkins University with the Museum Studies Graduate Program.
