In 2018 founded marketing design company "Constructive Design” offering different types of design solutions to improve the company's image.

Steps leading to opening “Constructive Design” began as a student taking part in the student innovation platform Demola. Where I had my first experience with wayfinding design challenges. I offered an idea about an interactive personal map machine. It included personal wayfinding maps and other guiding systems for airport services in Riga International Airport.
The proposed solution got the second stage of innovations of that year.

Another big step in my design career was made by becoming a presentation designer in a small Latvian agency called Nimega. I grew there from intern to lead designer in 2 year time and allowed me to offer lectures about presentation design tips and tricks.

A deeper interest in wayfinding appeared taking master studies in Culture Academy of Latvia, studying Culture management and creative industries. As my Master’s Thesis, I wrote and concluded massive research on “The wayfinding design for the management of the crowd in open-air festivals.” During this time took an internship at "NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence” and became part of the “Riga StratCom dialogue” conference in June 2019. My duties included creating conference design elements and maps for better wayfinding.

Since 2019 teach painting and graphic design at Dobele Art School.
