Lee H. Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership (New York) announced that the Queens Library Discovery is the recipient of a 2012 MASterworks Award for Excellence in Architecture and Urban Design. Winner of a Best Neighborhood Catalyst Award, this collaboration with architecture firm 1100 Architects has won praise from its community as well as from the world of libraries and other places of informal learning.
