Larry Kron is a Senior Director at Mappedin in Kitchener, ON.

Larry Kron has 10+ years experience helping start-up, early stage companies improve operations, often preparing for financing, mergers or outright acquisition. Prior to his entrepreneurial implementation experience he had experience with Fortune 500 companies (Microsoft, KPMP, Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young, IBM, Sprint) which gives Larry Kron a combined 20+ years of experience in helping organizations in business development and operations.

Larry Kron's early career experience of working with large global consulting firms gave him a good grounding in how to make operations at early-stage companies more intentional, scalable, and sustainable. Larry has since learned how to implement these skills at smaller organizations at a level that keeps them nimble while putting systems in place that allow them to scale.

Larry Kron has working experience in the following industries: real estate/property management, Internet/software/SaaS, telecommunications, health care, IT/Engineering consulting, professional services, retail, travel, interactive directories, and energy.

His specialties include: ITSM, contact centers, Customer Experience Management (CEM), project management, team building, governance of IT, and operational excellence in turning strategy in to reality.

He is a fan of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Stephen Covey), Situational Leadership (Ken Blanchard), and Jim Collins.

Larry Kron earned his degree from the University of Waterloo in General Arts, Psychology and Philosophy
