Kevin Kern, Director of Environmental Graphics at 505Design and Eric Pohlman, Principal at LandDesign will share their experiences working with ClearSpring Development in the creation of this new mixed-use property that seamlessly integrates Environmental Graphics, Landscape and Architecture to help celebrate and tell the story of Fort Mill's past as a leader within the textile industry.
We will meet at the Kingsley Courtyard by Marriott Conference Center for a presentation, followed by a walking tour and happy hour networking social at Carolina Ale House, courtesy of Trademark Visual Inc. Kingsley Town Center is the first phase of the greater Kingsley Masterplan; consisting of restaurants, retailers, apartments and businesses - including Lash Group and LPL Financials' East Coast Headquarters.
