Kelly O'Kane is a highly experienced creative director with many areas of expertise in the design and branding industry. He's produced top level global brands in his current position as a Senior Design Activation Manager for Prophet Brand Strategy in New York City since 2008. Before joining Prophet, Kelly O'Kane was the principal of KOK Design for 16 years. Whether it’s his specialties of designing and directing brand strategy, 3-D branded environments, retail store prototypes, design guidelines, visual merchandising programs or environmental graphic design, Kelly prides himself on her ability to manage, deliver and create excellent work in any situation or dead line. Most importantly, Kelly O'Kane understands the needs of clients as well as the teams he works with and lead.
Clients include: United Airlines, At&t, McDonald’s, Brunswicks, Maserati, Target, Qdoba, PNC Bank, Pentair, AbbVie, Ploom, Aldo, GE Healthcare, Destination Hotels, Olive Garden and E-Mart.
Kelly’s design projects have been published in various design periodicals and websites. The Sony Style flagship store was the cover story of Visual Merchandising & Store Design. He received a Clio Award for Best Beer Packaging for Pete’s Wicked Ale redesign.
Kelly received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Visual Design from University of Oregon with further study in transportation and product design at the Art Center College of Design.
Bridging brand strategy and innovation with design is Kelly O'Kane's key role and largest asset. He is known for his outstanding ability to manage and direct projects from phase one to the end product and this extends to working on all aspects of design including hand and computer renderings, experience design and developing customer experience attribute journey maps.
