Katie Osborn is the Founder, Principal, and Wayfinding Strategist for Via Collective, formerly The Office of Katie Osborn.
Her company specializes in information and wayfinding strategy, environmental graphic design, user analysis, project management, branding, and identity development.
Since 2008, Katie Osborn has assisted clients with strategy, design, and project management of integrated wayfinding systems including analysis, branding, environmental graphics, and communications programs. Her clients have included transportation facilities, universities, and healthcare facilities, as well as public spaces such as parks and neighborhoods.
She has directed projects for 5th Ave Park Slope BID, Brooklyn; Metrolinx Eglinton Crosstown, Toronto; Flushing Commons, New York; New York University; NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital; Port Authority of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh; Randall's Island Park Alliance, New York; and Roosevelt Island, New York.
Prior to founding The Office of Katie Osborn, she was a design consultant with Citizen Research & Design and manager of branding and design at the Brooklyn Public Library. She was also a senior designer at Louis Nelson Associates and Thomas Design Group.
