Karla Carman is an Orlando Chapter Co-chair.
Karla Carman joined KNZ Companies in 2018 with a specialized skill set in Project Management that comes from nearly two decades of experience in the A/E industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge in creating and enhancing the built environment, through collaboration with developers, architects, interior designers and brand strategist on a wide range of projects. She is a natural fit at the innovative experience design firm, where she is valued for her flexible thinking and creative approach to problem solving. Her quick-wit and vibrant energy keeps projects moving on the path to success.
As a Project Manager, Karla Carman has expertly overseen the design process from concept through completion on large scale projects in the education, themed entertainment and government sectors. Her charismatic personality and the ability to quickly conceive and implement practical solutions for even the toughest challenges, has made her an esteemed industry figure thanks to her talent for growing authentic relationships and advocating for her clients.
Karla Carman currently manages wayfinding projects for a major international airport. There, she spends her days ensuring that this bustling transportation center offers a pleasant experience for travelers from all corners of the globe.
In addition to the Society of Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD), Karla Carman is a member of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), and the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). Her extensive experience poises her for a bright future in the field of experience design. Expect to see Karla as a key player in some of the industry’s most ambitious projects.
