As president of multidisciplinary branding and design firm Shikatani Lacroix, he is driven to produce measurable results through strategic insights, and is committed to helping brands own the consumers’ “at-purchase moment.” As such, he studies consumer purchase behaviours to help brands connect with consumers at the moment of purchase.
