John Schettino is a Designer and Artist and Founder of John Schettino Design in New York.

John Schettino maintains dual careers as a designer and artist. He pursues both with a commitment to clear thinking and integration of creative and strategic approaches.

As a designer, John Schettino's work ranges from large environmental graphic design projects to multi-channel visual and brand strategies. John has consulted on projects for clients in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Organizations who have used his services include Landor, Rockwell Group, Virgin Entertainment, Hanesbrands and more. Prior to his consulting career he was a Creative Director and Senior Business Consultant within the Strategy and Change Division of IBM Global Services. In that position he was responsible for the development of customer experiences and brand strategies. As an artist, John Schettino uses drawing as an entry point and from there expands into dimensional materials including steel, wood and rust. Space, place, temporality and memory are frequent subjects in his work. Early in his career his drawings and paintings were the the subject of a solo museum show and he since has exhibited in numerous group settings and been included in many private collections. As a vocal advocate for the arts and critical thinking on art he has been a speaker in public schools and a participant in public and academic discussions on art. He has been an artist-in-residence at the Ragdale Foundation.
