As a Channel Marketing Specialist Joanne supports the Product Management team in both content management and project management. In this position Joanne Thomas has developed a Customer Service Knowledgebase for cross-functional use, created a cross-functional Recognition Team to foster genuine peer-to-peer recognition and strengthen the teams.
