At Gemini Inc. Joanne Johnson is employed as a Channel Marketing Specialist and as part of the Customer Experience Leadership Team. As a Channel Marketing Specialist Joanne supports the Product Management team in both content management and project management. As a part of the Customer Experience Leadership Team Joanne is responsible for the processes and systems related to the support of Gemini’s Partners as well as the empowerment and development of their team. They are constantly promoting productivity and revenue growth through training, tools and guidance. The team also fosters a Lean Culture in their organization focusing around a spirit of respecting people and eliminating waste with the goal of improving their processes and value to their Partners and Customers.
In this position Joanne Johnson has developed a Customer Service Knowledgebase for cross-functional use, created a cross-functional Recognition Team to foster genuine peer-to-peer recognition and strengthen the teams.
