Jo Oltman, Marketing Manager at Cambridge Seven Associates, has more than 10 years of experience providing marketing and graphic design for the AEC community.

A talented writer and photographer, Jo Oltman has been working with Cambridge Seven Associates since 2008 and has more than ten years of experience providing marketing services for the A/E/C community. Applying her experience at both the micro and macro levels, Jo works with C7A’s principals to strategize long-term marketing goals and promotes the firm through online, print, social media.

Jo’s experience includes proposal writing and graphic design; website planning, content development and SEO improvements; development of promotional materials, including brochures, award submissions, press releases, email newsletters, and ads; and business development, including new lead generation and promotion of thought leadership in the firm. Her responsibilities also include business development, writing / graphic layout of project information sheets and other promotional materials, social media marketing, scheduling photo shoots, updating the C7A website, ad and award submissions, organizing the client, consultant and project databases and managing association memberships and conference attendance.

In her spare time, Jo Oltman documents urban life in the greater Boston area, sharing her love of design and placemaking through her photographs and storytelling.
