Jessica Grant is Senior Experiential Graphic Designer at Arrowstreet Inc.
For several years, Jessica Grant freelanced full-time at Boston area design studios and with her own clients. Working on several experiential graphic design projects while freelancing led her to want to focus on EGD work full time. Her previous design work had primarily been focused on print, branding, and identity design and she loved being able to bring these skills to her EGD work.
While working at Sasaki Associates, She had the opportunity to work on a variety of EGD projects with an incredibly talented team (Sam Pease, Boston SEGD chapter chair, being one of them!). Her projects included:
Society of Arts + Crafts: complete rebrand (including logo design and branding guidelines), signage, banners, supergraphics, and pattern design for a metal canopy
Burlington (Vermont) Parks Recreation and Waterfront: signage system and standards
Gulf State Park Alabama: pattern design and logo development
OSRAM: supergraphics and signage
Sasaki exhibit design work includes Emerald Networks, Echoes of the City, Play, and On the Tarmac in collaboration with other graphic designers at Sasaki.
Jessica Grant was asked to join Arrowstreet Inc. in July 2016. She looks forward to pursuing new opportunities with the Arrowstreet graphic design team and hopes to work on more projects that combine branding and EGD work!
In addition to graphic design, she also loves pattern design, hand lettering, and photography, especially when it involves experimenting in a darkroom. She always welcomes any opportunity to travel, spend time outside, and enjoy the open road. It’s no surprise that signage and interpretive graphics for parks in new places are a favorite project for her!
