Jeff has 17 years of experience as a Daktronics engineer and technology strategist focused on large-scale, custom-designed solutions for Out of Home and Spectaculars customers around the world. He brings extensive knowledge of LED technology to digital media projects and what it takes to engineer and deliver integrated digital experiences into high-profile commercial developments, world-class transit centers, hospitality spaces and entertainment venues around the world.

Throughout his career he has worked with developers, designers, integrators, architects and creatives to bring their digital technology visions to life. From preliminary system design and consultation — through the final execution phases of a project. His expertise in developing projects related to all forms of LED technology has brought his thought leadership to the forefront, especially when designing systems to engage audiences in meaningful and unforgettable ways.

He has recently relocated from South Dakota, global headquarters of Daktronics, to New York City, shifting his focus on Spectacular LED Project Development for Daktronics to build relationships with designers in cities throughout the Northeast corridor. He’s excited for the opportunity to immerse himself into one of the greatest hubs of experiential digital media. New York is an incredible center of influence for projects around the world because it draws some of the brightest minds in design, architecture, technology and investment together in one unique space.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University and nearly two decades of experience in LED technology development and implementation.
