Jake Andrews is an Experiential Graphic Designer at Jack Porter, Inc. Andrews is a designer dedicated to the cultivation of creative ideas who is efficient at utilizing multiple disciplines to achieve impactful solutions.
Jake Andrews graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Alabama in 2011. During this time he was the Director of Graphic Arts for the University of Alabama Student Government Association. In this position he worked closely with SGA Directors to create brands and promotional materials for university events and programs. Andrews continued to work with The University of Alabama as a Graphic Design Intern for their Crimson Tide Productions department.
After completing a year long internship Jake Andrews was hired as a District Designer with Aramark: University of Alabama Dining Services. As a District Designer he lead, oversaw, and communicated graphic operations for three dining services accounts: The University of Alabama, Alabama A&M University, and Birmingham Southern College. After two years in the District Designer role, he accepted a Designer position with ASD | SKY. In this position Andrews was responsible for developing and presenting schematic level concepts to stakeholders and collaborate together to establish clear design directions. As well as establishing critical deadline schedules that identify key milestones throughout at project’s duration. Set client’s expectations of design, fabrication, and installation phases and insure that these phases are met on or before the scheduled deadlines, amongst several other responsibilities.
Jake Andrew’s most recent career achievements include a Graphic Designer position at Resource Branding & Design from May 2016 to August 2017, and his current position as an Experiential Graphic Designer at Jack Porter, Inc. which he began in August of 2017.
