As a multi-disciplinary designer, she has a passion to create immersive experiences that mesmerize visitors while positively impacting them. 
Upon receiving her B.Des in Fashion Communication from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai, Hansa started her creative career as an Assistant Interior Stylist at a home decor start-up in India. As the pandemic changed life as we know it, Hansa's job role transformed into a virtual stylist who designed people's homes to accommodate their new lives. Not only incorporating interior trends and forecasts but also doing deep personality studies and analyzing people's lives to curate the best-designed homes for work, leisure and rest. 

After working from home for a year as a home stylist, set stylist, and designing a website, packaging, and social media graphics, Hansa decided to satisfy her creative curiosity with 3D exhibit design. She is currently pursuing the MA in Exhibition and Experience Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.

Exploring the world of spatial design from both concept development and technical skills, she is now looking to expand her passion for design in the Exhibition and Retail Industries. Driven by experiences that are unique, meaningful, connective, and immersive, especially when they can be transformative for visitors!

The SEGD community is a spectacular resource for exhibit designers. As an international student, Hansa is looking to get familiar with the exhibition design industry in the USA through SEGD while making meaningful industry connections. As a student co-chair for the SEGD NYC FIT chapter, she is excited by the opportunity to facilitate SEGD events and resources for her peers and fellow students aspiring to be future leaders in this industry.
