iZone Imaging offers a superior solution for creating signs and graphics. Our product provides an unparalleled combination of long-term value, durability in all conditions and settings, and vibrant visual impact that lasts for years.
It’s called Custom High Pressure Laminate (CHPL), and it’s the perfect all-around material for creating interpretive and wayfinding signs, wall panels, and graphics for a wide variety of uses. All over the world, you’ll find CHPL in parks, public spaces, themed environments and exhibits, as well as in architectural and decorative surface applications. Developed from 90 years of research, CHPL is manufactured onsite in iZone Imaging’s Central Texas facility and is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
iZone Imaging is the only manufacturer dedicated solely to producing Custom High Pressure Laminate (CHPL) in North America. It is made by layering high-resolution printed graphics and proprietary overlays with a core of phenolic resin-impregnated kraft paper. Nothing is glued together or surface applied. Instead, the layers are pressed together with high heat and pressure then cooled to become a single, solidified panel of thermoset plastic, which makes it extremely durable and easy to cut and shape.
