Grace German is the Chief Operating Officer and Account Director at Jack Porter, an experiential design firm based in Greenville, SC.

As COO of Jack Porter, Grace ensures that day to day operations are running smoothly so all the teams—including project managers, designers, production managers, and vendors—can focus on creating immersive, world-class experiences for some of the most recognized, celebrated athletic programs in the country.

Athletics have been integral in Grace’s life since the age of 7—from competitive gymnast, to collegiate cheerleader and now Crossfit gym owner.

With this background, it’s no wonder she does not shy away from a challenge. In her dual role as account director, Grace excels at coordinating with Jack Porter’s project managers to make sure each Jack Porter project follows the proven strategy, client budget and timeline by continually keeping the lines of communication open, all the complexity organized, and pushing the team to exceed clients’ expectations.
