Gilles Bienvenu, a French Canadian designer, worked for several major visual communications firms based in Montreal before starting up is own design firm in May 2000. He has been involved in many large-scale visual identity projects, such as Bell Canada, Sergaz Petroleum Co., Agence métropolitaine de transport, STM (Montreal Transit Authority), CBC / Radio-Canada and Hydro-Québec. During his career, he applied his design skills to a variety of prestigious projects where he was leading the design teams.
Over the years, he has acquired great insight and considerable experience in every aspect of communications, with an emphasis on environmental graphic design and corporate identity.
Gilles Bienvenu holds a graphic arts degree and he is a member of the Société des designers graphiques du Québec and the Society for Experiential Graphic Design. In 1992, he was a speaker at the International Corporate Identity Conference, organized by the Design Management Institute.
